In addition to personal injury, clients seek my advice concerning real estate and probate matters. When I first started practicing law back in 1980, my partner, Ruth Aune-Markve, and I handled probate and real estate matters exclusively. Through that experience, I gained a well-rounded knowledge of this area of the law, and find myself continuing to practice it on a regular basis. I enjoy helping people with the purchase and sale of the typically largest purchase they will ever make on a personal basis, their home. Sometimes litigation is necessary to resolve disputes concerning those transactions, so I am well equipped to serve them in that capacity.
